No matter how to choose to spa, we have the perfect formula for pampering. There are three peaceful paths to enjoy the luxury of Spa by Kasia: a Day Spa Escape, a Sleepover Spa Break or a Sole Treatment.
Spend the day in true tranquility and unwind during the complete spa experience, including facilities use and treatments. Our collection of spa days allow you access to the spa from 9am-5:30pm.
SLEEPOVER SPA ESCAPES
Extend your tranquility with a luxurious spa break at Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, including an overnight stay at the four-star hotel and ultra-relaxing spa day including treatments hand-picked for the ultimate sense of escape.
Please note: If you are a hotel guest of Grosvenor Pulford Hotel & Spa, use of the leisure facilities (pool, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym) is included in your stay. Spa treatments and access to the spa relaxation spaces is reserved for day spa guests only.

Please note: sole treatment reservations do not include access to the spa and leisure facilities.
Once you have chosen the perfect treatment ritual, spa day or spa break for you, it is time to plan your moment of indulgence. Here is what to expect from your visit to Spa by Kasia.
Our Spa Reservations team is on-hand to assist you with making or amending your spa booking between:
Monday to Friday- 9 am to 6 pm
Saturday- 9 am to 1 pm

Please note: if you would like to book our VIP Couple’s Suite (duo treatment room), please advise our team of this preference upon booking and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.
On arrival for your spa day or treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. It is important for us to be aware of any medical contra-indications which may affect our ability to carry out any treatments. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Pregnancy
- Recent surgery
- Heart problems
- Cancer or ongoing cancer treatment
- Varicose veins
- Allergies
Please advise of any significant medical information at the time of booking so we can ensure that your treatment is suitable. Please be aware that certain medical contra-indications may limit the treatment we can safely provide, and must be communicated on booking.
Booking and payment
All bookings must be secured with card details, and full payment for all sole treatments and Day Spa Escapes is required upon booking.
When booking with Spa by Kasia, you also authorise us to make any additional charges to your card if leaving the premises without
finalising your bill.
Sleepover Spa Escapes must be secured with a £100 per room deposit upon booking. The final balance for your break is due seven days prior to your check-in date.
If you have a gift voucher to redeem at Spa by Kasia, an advanced booking must be confirmed and the voucher reference number must be provided upon booking in order to redeem.
Cancellations
Amendments or cancellation of your reservation can be applied without charge up to seven days prior to your arrival. Amendments are subject to availability and changes to a package or treatment of higher value than your original booking will incur a surcharge. Cancellations made with less than seven days’ notice will incur the full charge of the reservation.
If you wish to dine with us during your Day Spa Escape, you can enjoy lunch in our Spa Eatery, where you can dine in your gown and slippers whilst enjoying food from a specially-selected healthy 2-course lunch menu prepared by the team at Palm Court restaurant.
Lunch is served from 12pm until 5pm in the Spa Eatery. Please state any allergies or food amendments on time of booking. Upon check-out, any additional food and beverages ordered outside of any spa day allowance must be paid for at reception. Failure to do so will result in the card on booking being charged.
Please note: the Spa Eatery is reserved for spa day guests only.
Arrival
Guests must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to all treatment reservations. Late arrival may result in cancellation of your treatment with full charge, or a reduction in treatment time. Please note that all treatments are the exact time received with your therapist, subject to treatments commencing at the scheduled time.
Spa age limitations
Children under the age of 16 years old are not permitted in the Spa. The minimum age to receive facial or beauty treatments is 16 years old, and the minimum age for full body treatments is 18 years old. Young adults aged between 16 and 18 must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Individual treatments are subject to their own age guidelines. Please speak to our Spa team for more information.
Spa etiquette
In order to respect the relaxation of other guests, the use of all mobile devices including kindles is not permitted in the Hibernation Lounge. A member of staff may ask you to refrain from using any device, if it is causing disturbance to other spa guests.
We ask that you do not wear damp swimwear in the treatment and relaxation suites. Underwear must be worn at all times during treatments.
Good to know
A charge of £50 is applicable for non-returned robes.
Spa By Kasia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings. Any lost property found will be kept for one month. Any liquids, undergarments or swimwear will be kept for no longer than a week.
