During this treatment, your therapist will place smooth, heated stones on key points of the body to promote muscle relaxation, allowing them to massage deeper tissues more effectively. This treatment is therefore perfect for those who have particular tension or stiffness, as the heat from the stones is beneficial in relaxing and loosening overly taut muscles.
Hot stone massage has proven to be beneficial in boosting circulation, releasing stored tension, recharging your energy levels and leaving you feeling completely relaxed.
This therapy is also fabulous for mental relaxation, with the combination of soothing massage and uplifting fragrance of satsuma and spice being beneficial in treating negative emotions such as nervous tension and stress.
